✏ Current Work In Progress ✏In my last newsletter, I asked for input to find out what story you wanted me to write next: I haven’t had the cover created yet. Nor do I have a book title. What I do have is half the story’s rough draft completed! If you liked Esme, Door 1, you will also enjoy Door 2. It’s written in the same story world where the main character has to get naked, make a decision, and whether the dice roll of their decision just might get them killed. Meet Daniel, the next person to experience The Facility. Unedited Excerpt“Only one thing left to do.” He knocked lightly on Door 2 with the backs of his knuckles. “Environment selected,” the neutral voice said. Then the computerized tone changed, going an octave lower. Even sinister, perhaps. “Enjoy your experience.” “Okay, that wasn’t creepy.” Because standing in an empty hallway with his junk hanging out wasn’t the epitome of spine-chilling in itself. Daniel fidgeted, waiting for someone to answer the door. What the hell was taking so long? And what was he doing, and what would he find on the other side? When the employment contract read that clothing was not an option for the job, he should have fucking exited Stage Left and pointed his cowboy boots for the nearest exit. My PA, Josey, suggested I try a new-to-me author. Apparently, Suzanne Wright is not new to many others, however. She has (gulp) 34,656 ratings on Goodreads! Holy cow… Wright’s Burn isn’t the usual subgenre I read, either. It’s a completely different take on paranormal and supernatural romance. Now that I’m hooked, I’ll be reading my way through the entire series. And finally....It’s that time of year. It’s lambing season!  Happy reading!
